Synopsis: The presenters have developed a method of using flowcharts to assist law enforcement officers in visualizing and understanding search and seizure issues and concerns. This presentation will focus on search and seizure concerns arising out of car stops, and include information from recent State and Federal Supreme Court cases on the matter.

Target Audience: All criminal justice professionals will be welcomed, however the target audience will be law enforcement officers.

There is no cost for participation, but registration is required. Participation is limited to the first 40 individuals who sign up to attend!

Training time will be appropriate to submit for Law Enforcement Training Hours through KLETC.
