BUDGET DEVELOPMENT FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATORS

Ms. Rebecca Bouska, M.P.A.
Ms. Bouska has served in a variety of administrative positions in the South Central region of Kansas, including serving a term as Director of Finance for Sedgwick County. She currently consults with municipal governments on budgeting and technology issues.
Synopsis: Current and future criminal justice administrators need to be introduced to the legal concepts and practical concepts of municipal budget preparation. Ms. Bouska will explain the legal basis for development of a departmental budget, and have course participants work through development of a departmental budget.
There is no cost for participation, but registration is required. Participation is limited to the first 40 individuals who sign up to attend!
